What is capacity for the building?
420 in the main room and 87 in the lobby bar area
How many restrooms are there? There is a single restroom in the lobby bar area, one upstairs and multiple in the rear lobby area.
Do you serve alcohol?
Yes, we have a license to sell and serve alcohol during our hours of operation.
Is it possible to tour the space to see if firsthand?
Yes, call or email us and we will happily arrange for that.
How does it cost to rent the Warwick?
Prices vary depending on the complexity of preparation and number of staff required. However, prices are extremely competitive for the amount of space and amenities.
